Just off the plaza on North Main, serving breakfast, lunch, espresso and cocktails daily from 7:30am to 1:30pm.

Off the specials board

The specials change with the week and the season. A few that have come out of the kitchen before:

  • Western Burger

1/3 lb. ground beef, caramelized onions, crispy bacon, smoked mozzarella and housemade barbecue sauce.

  • Eggs Benedict Arnold

A vegetarian favorite: two poached eggs on grilled risotto cakes with sautéed crimini, shiitake and portobello mushrooms.

  • Summer French Toast

Fresh peaches and blueberries tossed with freshly-squeezed lemon juice and grated whole nutmeg.

  • Shrimp & Bacon Omelette

Shrimp, bacon, green onions and cream cheese.

  • Mother's Day

Mango-lemon mimosas, apple-raisin French toast and portobello mushroom burgers.

A breakfast spread of pancakes, crepes topped with berries and cream, eggs, sausages and hash browns

Welcome to Brothers'

Since 1976 we've been glad to offer a friendly, vibrant place in Ashland to enjoy good food and good company. Community is at the core of Brothers', and we keep a work environment built on integrity, mutual respect and kindness.

That commitment shows up on the plate. We support local businesses and regional sources for much of what we serve, and we offer organic products along with hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken and beef and wild seafood.

You'll find us just off the plaza in downtown Ashland, between Granite and Church, an easy walk from the park, shopping, lodging and of course Shakespeare. Ashland has plenty of places to eat, and we're honored you choose us.

  • Here since 1976

Families and visitors have been coming back for breakfast for decades, and regulars still fill the room.

  • Friendly, quick service

Guests mention the seriously friendly service, coffee cups kept full and being seated right away even when it's busy.

  • Made fresh, sourced close

Food made on site, with regional sources, organic products and hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken and beef.

A point of pride: the crew scored 100 points on an unannounced Jackson County Health inspection — and then did it again.

Fluffy wonderful omelet, freshly-squeezed OJ, hashbrowns cooked on both sides and fresh baked scones. Way better than the hotel breakfast.

Scones are the best!!!! … They have two types: one sweet and one savory. Make sure you get one of each!!!

Open early, good coffee, hardy bacon, seriously friendly service – a perfect combo when you are half awake.

I go there at least once a month, usually for breakfast after a walk in Lithia Park. Service is excellent, food is great, price is very reasonable.

It is on main street in a building built in 1888 and is quite charming. There are flowers everywhere, inside and out… My traveling companion mentioned that it was the best omelet he had ever had away from home.

I loved the Eggs Benedict special… Artichokes, roasted red peppers, yum!

An Ashland local recommended Brothers' to us… a home-made cheese and jalapena scone, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The service is very friendly and efficient.

Inside the vibe is friendly, casual and fun… We topped it all off with a glass of Ashland's own Weisinger Chardonnay and a Rogue Mocha Porter… we did sneak one of Brother's big cookies into the show.
